Is it really November already? Life is in full swing and I'm not even in any plays right now. Sure feels like my time is eaten up with something. I got my hair cut. It is "pixie short" which means my ID caricature looks NOTHING like me at the moment. Guess I'll have to work on that later. It was a BIG change, but after 5 years of growing it out, it was a welcome one.

I am taking classes again (as I have been on and off for several years). I did discover that I probably will have my Associates Degree by spring of 2010. It only took 10 years!!! That is what happens when you have a real life to attend to first and only take classes sporadically. Hopefully I can knock out my Bachelors Degree in less than 10! LOL!

Work is going well, although a bit stressful. I am GRATEFUL to have a job. Since the Commonwealth of Virginia is having so many budget problems, that makes me even MORE grateful to still have a job with the state.

I've gotten back onto World of Warcraft, though I still have just as little time to play. Maybe this weekend... My whole family plays (not my husband, but my mom, brother, dad, and step-mom), but in my absence apparently everyone moved off of the servers to new ones, so I'm pretty much alone at this point . Anyone know any good guilds on Ravenholdt or Twisting Neither that doesn't mind long absences for a working mom and wife?

As far as artwork goes, I have 4 pictures to upload. Still working on the picture of Ella Jamerson (in which a WiP was uploaded last month). I have a new drawing of Belle, a new drawing of Anastasia, and a fun "welcome to my sick mind" picture involving a Founding Father and my love of the American Revolution. All three of the last drawings need to be cleaned up and colored. I am still playing with "coloring" issues. I'm trying to find the best balance between Photoshop, colored pencils, and markers. Eventually I'll find what works best for me, but that is why some of my drawings are uneven. Each one is a learning experience/experiment in technique.
